Agricultural raw materials processing and production of products, is a combination of two or more substances together in the intermediate medium.

In pesticides can be understood as additives, is the production of pesticides intermediate materials. Also known as organic intermediates. The use of coal tar or petroleum products as raw materials to manufacture dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, resins, auxiliaries, plasticizers and other intermediate products.

Because it was originally used to make dyes, it is also known as dye intermediates.

It is composed of annular compounds such as benzene, naphthalene, anthracene and so on by sulfonation, alkali melting, nitrification, reduction and other reactions. For example, benzene by nitrification into nitrobenzene, and then reduced to aniline, aniline can be chemically processed into dyes, drugs, vulcanization accelerator and so on.

Both Nitrobenzene and aniline are intermediates.

There are non-ring compounds such as methane, acetylene, propylene, butane, butene and other by dehydrogenation, polymerization, halogenation, hydrolysis and other reactions. For example, butane or butene through dehydrogenation butyl, butadiene can be chemically processed into synthetic rubber, synthetic fibers and so on. Butadiene is an intermediate.
